At Haven Wax Studio, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours.
The following policies help us provide every client with the highest level of care, professionalism, and service.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are applied toward service total and are nonrefundable.
One time deposits transfer only if and when appointment is rescheduled within 12-24 hours in advance.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow enough time for parking & for your arrival to the studio.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client.
If unable to be serviced at the late grace period time frame, appointment will be canceled.
Arrivals beyond grace period will result in cancellation and rescheduling.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 12-24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Repeated no shows will result in 100% deposit due.
First-Time Male Client Policy
Before your appointment can be approved, please email verification requirements via email to mezaaidee@icloud.com
For safety purposes, first-time male client must provide:
• A clear valid photo ID that matches the booking information
• One active social media account matching the same name and ID photo
• A nonrefundable deposit paid with a card in the client’s name
This information is requested for provider safety and will only be used to verify your identity. Please cover your ID number and address before sending.
Appointments are available only between
9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Sexual comments, inappropriate requests, unnecessary exposure, touching the provider, or any other inappropriate behavior will end the appointment immediately.
The service will not be completed, no refund will be given, refusal of future appointments, and law enforcement will be contacted.
Once your identity is verified and your deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed.
Age Policy
The minimum age for Brazilian and Bikini waxing/sugaring services is 16 years old.
Written and or electronic consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must remain on-site throughout appointment is required.

Hair Length Policy
For the best results, hair should be approximately minimum ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) or longer.
Hair that is too short may not be long enough for the wax to grip nor remove properly. If your hair is not an appropriate length, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Guests & Children
Guests and children are welcome.
Children must remain supervised at all times and respect the studio environment.
To help maintain a comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that no more than one guest and no more than three children accompany you to your appointment.
Health & Skin Safety
Your safety is our priority.
Please inform us before your appointment if you
Are using Retin-A, Accutane, or prescription retinoids
Have recently had a chemical peel, laser treatment, or microneedling
Have open wounds, active infections, or severe skin irritation in the treatment area
Have any medical condition that may affect your waxing service
For your safety, services may be modified or declined if necessary.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal care services, all services are final and non-refundable.
Respect Policy
Haven Wax Studio is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, and respectful environment for every client.

Right to Refuse Service
Haven Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if doing so is necessary to protect the health, safety, comfort, or well-being of our clients, staff, or business.
